Britney Spears' estranged husband Kevin Federline insists he is determined to change the public's perception of him in 2007, starting out by appearing in a fun new TV ad. I'm totally on Kevin's side now, we never really gave him a chance besides I'm tired posting Britney news because it's not really news!
The dancer-turned-rapper has filmed a self-deprecating ad for US firm Nationwide Insurance that is set to air during the Super Bowl next month (February 2007).
He tells American publication People, "This is just the start of other things to come - 2007 is a completely life-changing experience for me.
"We're only a few weeks in, and it's already going in a whole another direction. I'm happy. I'm definitely happy."
The 28-year-old says his top priority is altering his image, adding, "Just changing my perception of myself in the public eye is number one. I'm slowly and gradually doing that.
"I'm always looking at everything positive no matter what. I've been through a lot of stuff in my life and had to overcome a lot of different situations.
"I learned at a young age it's not good to be negative about everything. Life's too short for that."
