Body of Missing Actor Found!

This afternoon Vancouver police reveal that a body has been discovered and they believed it may be the body of missing "Growing Pains" actor Andrew Koenig. CNN.com is now confirming that the body is indeed that of Koenig. Koenig has been missing since Valentine's Day and sources reveal the body was discovered in Vancouver's Stanley Park, which so happens to be an area that Vancouver police were heavily searching in the days since Koenig's disappearance.
Koenig's family and friends decided to do their own search of the area and that is when the body was found. Koenig's father "Star Trek" actor Walter Koenig revealed in a press conference that his son "took his own life".

Koenig's disappearance was first reported after the actor missed a return flight to Los Angeles, after visiting with friends in Canada. He was said to have been in a depressed state leading up to his disappearance and stopped taking anti-depressant medications a little over a year ago.

Mary-Kate Olsen Splits with Boyfriend

Actress Mary-Kate Olsen is no longer dating her boyfriend Nate Lowman. The pair began dating in 2008 after meeting through mutual friends. A rep for Olsen confirmed that the couple has broken up. They reportedly split right before Valentines Day even though they were seen walking together in New York City on Feb. 4.

However Olsen does not seem to be too devastated by the break-up because she was spotted kissing actor Josh Hartnett last week at Weinstein Co. and Universal Pictures post BAFTA party in London.

"They were making out in a dark corridor of the party," a source told People. "Everyone danced all night." Olsen's rep denied that the two were kissing.

Whether or not she kissed Hartnett, she is not sitting around crying about the split because she was seen with sister Ashley attending shows at London Fashion Week.

Cast of 'Glee' to Perform at White House

The year 2010 has only just begun, but it is shaping up to be the best year ever for Fox's hit show 'Glee.' The show has already won a SAG award and Emmy this season, so what could be an even higher honor you may ask? How about singing at the White House for the President and First family.

It turns out that along with the rest of America, Malia and Sasha Obama are huge fans of the musical comedy. Not only do the girls love the show, but so does the First Lady. Michelle Obama requested the cast to come sing at the White House Easter Egg Roll, and the cast couldn't be happier to accept.

Bristol Palin Acting Debut

Bristol Palin, daughter of former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, is set to be joining the cast of ABC's 'The Secret Life of the American Teenager'. Bristol will make her debut on an upcoming episode when the show returns for its third season this summer. She will be playing herself on the show and befriend new teen mom Amy.

Executive producer Brenda Hampton thinks that casting "the most famous teenage mom in America" will draw special attention to the show's topics. “I think she will bring additional attention to the issues facing teen parents that we’ve been exploring for a couple of seasons now.”

The young mom is excited to be part of the show, too. “I am thrilled to be on this show and to be a part of a program that educates teens and young adults about he consequences of teen pregnancy,” Palin said in a statement.

Charlie Sheen Goes to Rehab

Actor Charlie Sheen has entered rehab for undisclosed reasons.

"As a preventative measure, Charlie Sheen has entered a rehabilitation facility," his rep said in a statement. "He will take some time off his series Two and a Half Men."

His wife Brooke Mueller also entered rehab earlier this month for a crack and alcohol problem. She recently switched rehab centers for privacy reasons.

Sheen is also dealing with domestic violence charges due to the fight with his wife on Christmas day. He was allegedly drunk at the time of the assault.

The actor has reportedly been in rehab twice before for drug and alcohol abuse. This time his trip to rehab could be a result of dealing with his domestic violence case which has increases his stress level and made him more vulnerable to drugs and alcohol.

"Charlie is stressed. He's tired. The kids are on his mind. Brooke's on his mind," a source told People. "A lot of things are on his mind. He didn't want to get a place where he had the urge to get high. He's not using and he doesn't want to. He felt like he needed to get away from negative influences around him and clear his head, rest and take a short break."

Voight, who is Jolie's estranged father, has not been reunited with his daughter for a long time. Their relationship has been on the rocks since 2002. According to E Online, the 71-year-old actor said in an interview that Angelina had "serious mental problems" and was "trying to reach her to get help." His daughter was disheartened by these statements.

However, in 2007 she was looking for a reconciliation with her father. Although they did reunite late last year, this is the first time in awhile that they have been seen in public together.

The ex-couple met on the set of their film, Stop-Loss. Cornish and Phillippe survived intense attacks from the media, following Phillippe's divorce from actress Reese Witherspoon.

This break-up comes after months of speculation regarding Phillippe's night life. He was spotted partying at night clubs and being linked with several women. "Abbie ended the relationship with Ryan and she moved out of their home," a rep comments.

John Mellencamp for Senate?

Oh, the wonders of the internet! Over 3,500 people have joined the ever-growing Facebook group "Draft John Mellencamp for Senate," hoping that the musician will replace Indiana Democratic Senator Evan Bayh (who is not seeking re-election). Mellencamp, who is from Indiana, has showed interest in politics over the years, including writing numerous politically-charged songs, founding Farm Aid, and making many statements in open distaste for the Republican Party. He even refused to allow John McCain to use his music during the 2008 election. Of course, Mellencamp is lacking in experience, but in this "the year of the amateur" (according to the L.A Times's Patrick Goldstein) combined with growing internet support, this might not be that much of an issue. Plus, people like Brent Budowski of "The Hill" claim that Mellencamp is "one of the great advocates of small-town America," which some might believe is enough for the rock star to make it all the way to the Senate.

Family Guy Actress Says Palin 'Lacks Sense of Humor'

As we all know, Family Guy is the least kid-friendly cartoon out there. Count on it to poke fun of everthing-touching on all spectrums of race, gender, religion, andpolitics. However, former vice presidential candidate
Sarah Palin says that one episode crossed the line.

The newest of season of Family Guy makes fun of Sarah Palin. A guest character on the show, Emily, explains to Chris,a character on family guy, that Sarah Palin is her mother. Palin was insulted because Emily's character has down syndrome, just like her real son, Trig.

According to NJ.com, Bristol, Trig's older sister, commented on facebook, "“If the writers of a particularly pathetic cartoon show thought they were being clever in mocking my brother and my family yesterday, they failed. All they proved is that they’re heartless
jerks.”

Andrea Fay Friedman, the voice of Emily, who also has down syndrome in real life,
responded by the whole fiasco by writing a heated letter to the New York Times. Friedman tells New York Times that Palin should "get a sense of Humor". In the letter, Friedman goes on to say that at least her mother didn't carry her around in hopes for "sympathy votes".

Ouch! Lil Wayne Has 8 Root Canals at Once

Never one to do anything half-assed, rapper Lil Wayne underwent a marathon root canal session earlier this week, with a whopping 8 teeth needing treatment. His mouth was apparently in such dire need of medical attention that he actually had his prison sentence for gun possession postponed to have the oral surgery. While he was there, he also had several tooth implants redone, more implants added, the last of his few real teeth repaired, and even had his diamond-encrusted grill worked on. The procedure lasted 8 hours in total, but no word on how much novocaine was required.

Malcolm in the Middle of a Band!

Malcolm in The Middle star Frankie Muniz is now a drummer for an unsigned band called You Hang Up. The 24-year-old stopped acting in 2008 and became a professional race car driver and now he is adding drummer in a band to his resume.

"This is something I have always wanted in my life, and I'm thrilled to be associated with such a great group of guys!" Muniz wrote on his Myspace page after he joined the band in late December.

You Hang Up is a Phoenix-based four member band who has done several concerts this year with Muniz.

In 2004 Muniz told Entertainment Weekly that his close friend Zac Hanson, drummer of the brother trio Hanson, taught him to play the drums.

"My best friends are Hanson," Muniz said at the time. "When they come out for their full electric tour after their CD gets released, they're going to have two drum kits up there, and I'm gonna jam with them.''

Muniz did spend some time on the road with Hanson in 2004, but he did not play with them on stage during their shows.

It seems Muniz wants to do it all. "Actor, race car driver, drummer in a rock band and accountant has a nice ring to it," Muniz recently tweeted.

Have a listen to All of My Life by You Hang Up.

New Season Brings New Controversy and Social Networking for Idol Contestants

The addition of Ellen to the judges panel is not the only change for American Idol this year--for the first time in Idol history contestants are allowed to have profiles on Twitter, Myspace and Facebook. In the previous eight seasons social networking was banned for contestants and any pre-existing profiles were deleted before contestants became part of the show.

Now all of the top 24 Idol contestants have been given profiles on Twitter, Myspace and Facebook. All of their profiles were created by Fox and it is not clear what the exact rules for the profiles will be. If you want to keep up with your favorite contestants online you can find a complete list of all of their online profiles here.

This season may have added online profiles, but it did not loose any of its drama and controversy. Chris Golightly, who called himself an orphan when we were first introduced to him on the show, has been kicked out of the top 24 and replaced by Tim Urban.

“It has been determined that Chris Golightly is ineligible to continue in the competition,” a press release from FOX said. “American Idol contestant Tim Urban has replaced Golightly as part of the Top 24.”

Fox has not given the reason why Golightly was taken out of the competition. Another contestant Michael "Big Mike" Lynch was also reportedly booted from the show in late January because his father broke the show's rules of confidentiality by talking to a Florida newspaper. However last night the top 24 was revealed and Lynch's profile is currently still up on American Idol's website.

And on an unrelated Idol note, last night was the first time in six years that Idol did not have the top ratings for its night, instead NBC's coverage of the 2010 Winter Olympics took the top spot.

Harry Potter Author Accused Of Plagiarism

The successful author of the Harry Potter series, J.K. Rowling, has been added to the 2004 suit against her British publisher Bloomsbury, which states that Rowling stole ideas from another publication.

They claim that "Harry Potter And the Goblet of Fire," or as us females know it as, "the movie that Robert Pattinson was in," was stolen from a 1987 children's novel called "The Adventures of Willy the Wizard: No. 1 Livid Land," by Adrian Jacobs.

According to EOnline, Rowling states, "the fact is I had never heard of the author or the book before the first accusation by those connected to the author's estate in 2004; I have certainly never read the book."

She adds, "the claims that are made are not only unfounded but absurd and I am disappointed that I, and my U.K. publisher Bloomsbury, are put in a position to have to defend ourselves."

Jon Gosselin and TLC Reach a Settlement

Hopefully we will finally stop hearing about Jon Gosselin's fight with TLC because they have settled their lawsuits against each other.

"TLC has reached a settlement with Jon Gosselin and will be undertaking procedural steps to conclude the litigation," TLC said in a statement. "All terms of the settlement are confidential. The whole Gosselin family remain under contract with TLC. "

"(TLC) hopes they will soon be able to film the family again," a source said. But Jon and Kate Plus 8 will not be returning.

TLC had filed a lawsuit against Jon for a breach of contract because he made various TV appearances without the network's consent. Jon then countersued the TLC for $5 million because he said that by preventing him from working with other media outlets, the network was damaging his career. He also forbid the TLC from filming his children with Kate Gosselin.

Kevin Eubanks Leaving Jay Leno?

As if switching from The Tonight Show to primetime and back wasn't enough of hassle for Jay Leno, he may also be losing his trusty band leader, Kevin Eubanks. There have been reports claiming that Eubanks may not be staying with Leno for much longer. Some sources say that he will be returning with Leno to the Tonight Show spot after the Olympics, others say he will return but not for long, and still others claim he will not move back to the Tonight Show at all.

Eubanks has been laughing alongside Leno since 1992 and even followed him to primetime, so why would he leave now? "Kevin has expressed interest in pursuing personal touring and recording opportunities," a source form NBC told Inside TV. Does he really want to start a new career or is he afraid that the Leno-Conan scandal has ruined the image of Leno and the Tonight Show? Or maybe he is not leaving at all.

Wanna Get Away? Not You, Kevin Smith.

Director Kevin Smith went through an interesting experience this past weekend. Southwest Airlines employees deemed his weight a potential risk and he was asked to leave the airplane. Needless to say, Smith was outraged, and took to his Twitter account to rant about this wrongdoing.

Southwest Airlines responded through a blog post apologizing to Smith for the situation - but not exactly. The blog stated that Smith usually purchases two tickets because of his capacity. Smith tweeted back with these messages:

"I've read this massive chunk of misinformation a lot today: "Kevin Smith usually buys two seats when he flies commercial airlines." Proof?

But look how easily misinformation is spread. I've read that "usually 2 tickets" bullshit EVERYWHERE today. Thanks again, @SouthwestAir!

REGARDLESS OF HOW FREQUENTLY I've purchased a spare seat in the past, the real story is: I fit not only their criteria, but also the seat.

And in doing so, in meeting @SouthwestAir requirements, why then was I still ejected? And why do they lie and say they've attempted calls?"

Kevin Smith directed several movie cult classics, including Mallrats, Dogma, and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. Smith plays the role of Silent Bob in these films. Thankfully, he's not so silent now by putting a public face on a rarely addressed occurrence.

Nicole and Joel Are Engaged!

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are finally engaged! Nicole made the announcement Monday night while appearing on 'The Late Show with David Letterman'.

She confirmed on her Twitter page, "Yep. I'm engaged. Very happy. Yeah we've been engaged for a while so your all kind of late on that. But Thanks for the hooplah all the same."

Nicole Richie, best known for starring alongside Paris Hilton in 'The Simple Life', and Joel Madden of Good Charlotte have been dating for three years. The recently engaged couple have two children together - 2 year-old daughter Harlow and 5 month-old son Sparrow.

Congrats!

Brittany Murphy Foundation Sends Back Donations

The Brittany Murphy Foundation, run by mother Sharon Murphy and husband Simon Monjack, is not an official non-profit organization. In fact, they have not applied yet for non-profit status. The foundation that claimed to be a charity, dedicated to arts education for children, was questioned last weekend. TMZ broke the story Friday afternoon, discovering that the foundation was not registered as a charity with the IRS or the state of California. The Brittany Murphy Foundation website took down the site after it was questioned. On Sunday, the site went back up with a message on the front page that read:

"Dear friends,

We began the Brittany Murphy Foundation to honor Brittany's wishes and to give her family, friends, and fans a way of keeping her legacy alive. In an effort to get the foundation off the ground quickly, we established it as a private foundation with plans to apply for nonprofit status down the road. However, after some thought, we have decided instead to wait until we have our nonprofit status approved before proceeding to ensure that we can truly honor Brittany's charitable desires. Any donations made up until this point will be returned until we have all our paperwork solidified.
We would like to thank the thousands of people who have reached out with kind words of love and support; you have made the hardest journey a little bit easier.
We hope you will bear with us and check back regularly for updates on the foundation. We hope to have it back up and running as soon as possible.
If you have any questions or want to write to us, please feel free to email us at info@brittanymurphyfoundation.org.

With love and sincere gratitude,
Sharon Murphy and Simon Monjack"

The website is no longer taking donations and is returning all prior donations. While the Foundation awaits its 501(c) non-profit status, it is considered a private foundation.

I'm not big on celebrating it. I've never really had an amazing Valentine's Day." Don't worry Lauren we're sure can say there's a whole handful people who wouldn't disagree with you!

"And it's not OK to have your guy hook up with someone else. You deserve better."

It's ok, Valentine's Day isn't for everyone!

“BOSS is a brand that not only represents classic style and sophistication, but inspires men to work hard, embrace opportunities and strive for success in all aspect of their lives,” Reynolds said. “I’m honored BOSS invited me to be the face of its new men’s fragrance."

The actor, who will be playing the lead for the comic book based film The Green Lantern, will be representing two new currently unnamed scents for Boss. Looks like Boss made a great choice!

Fashion Icon Alexander McQueen Dies

International fashion designer Alexander McQueen, 40, was found dead this morning. The designer who often designed outfits for Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and Sarah Jessica Parker was found in his London home early this morning.

Reports suggest that McQueen took his own life, but the official cause of death has not been reported.

The British fashion icon inspired and styled many. He was voted England's Designer of the Year four times between 1996 and 2003. He was later named head designer at the Paris couture house Givenchy.

His death comes as a complete shock to many. "At this stage it is inappropriate to comment on this tragic news beyond saying that we are devastated and are sharing a sense of shock and grief with Lee's family," A statement from the designer's office read. "Lee's family has asked for privacy in order to come to terms with this terrible news and we hope the media will respect this."

Inventor of the Frisbee Dies

The inventor of the popular outdoor toy, the Frisbee, Walter (Fred) Morrison died Feb. 9 at age 90. Morrison had been battling lung cancer and passed away at his Monroe, Utah home.

In 1937 he got the idea to make a flying-saucer toy when he and his girlfriend tossed a popcorn-tin lid back and fourth for fun. The lid dented eventually which ruined its aerodynamics so Morrison began throwing all different kinds of disks to find out which one was the most aerodynamic. He then began selling flying cake pans for 25 cents in the Los Angeles area.

Morrison served as a bomber pilot in World War II and learned aerodynamics. In the 1950s he went on to create an aerodynamic disc made of plastic. Since the nation was obsessed with UFOs at the time he called his invention the Pluto Platter.

In 1957 Hula Hoop manufacturer Wham-O bought rights to Morrison's invention and renamed it the Frisbee because it was similar to the pie pans from Frisbie Pie Co.that some people enjoyed tossing around.

"The world has changed a lot in the past 50 years, but the original purpose of Frisbee has remained constant," Morrison said in 2007 on the 50th anniversary of his invention. "Just seeing the smile on a child's face as he or she catches a soaring disc on a summer afternoon in the park, or a grown-up diving headfirst to grab a falling disc, that is what the spirit of the Frisbee is all about."

Former President Clinton Hospitalized

Former president Bill Clinton was rushed to a New York hospital today after feeling chest pains.

"Today President Bill Clinton was admitted to the Columbia Campus of New York Presbyterian Hospital after feeling discomfort in his chest," Douglas Band, his spokesperson, said in a statement. "Following a visit to his cardiologist, he underwent a procedure to place two stents in one of his coronary arteries. President Clinton is in good spirits, and will continue to focus on the work of his Foundation and Haiti's relief and long-term recovery efforts."

Clinton's daughter Chelsea was reportedly at the hospital with him. He had called the hospital two days earlier to tell them he was not feeling well and had chest pains. Originally he was supposed to go to the hospital on Wednesday, but postponed the visit until Thursday.

Clinton had coronary bypass surgery in 2004 where doctors discovered that some of the bypassed arteries had more than 90 percent blockage. The stents that were put in today open the artery to improve blood flow.

Alec Baldwin Rushed to the Hospital

Alec Baldwin was rushed to New York City's Lennox Hill Hospital last night. Baldwin's 14-year-old daughter Ireland called 911 claiming her father was unresponsive.

According to the New York Post, Baldwin threatened to take pills after a heated argument with his daughter. However, the situation was not due to a possible alcohol or drug overdose as reports first suggested. There was no indicated the actor was trying to kill himself. A police source told the New York Daily News that "He got into an argument with his daughter, took an Ambien and had a bad reaction."

The "30 Rock" star was released an hour later, and is said to be back on set today. "This was a misunderstanding on one person's part," Baldwin's rep Matthew Hiltzik tells E! News. "Alec was quickly released from the hospital, he's completely fine and will be at work today."

Alec Baldwin is scheduled to host the Academy Awards with Steve Martin next month, and some sources say he blames the media circus on his jealous wife! A friend of the actor tells the Daily News that his wife Kim Basinger is jealous that Baldwin is co-hosting the Awards. He blames her for all the hysterics over nothing.

Ellen's Idol Debut

Last night Ellen DeGeneres made her debut as a judge on American Idol. She seemed to fit right in with Simon, Randy, and Kara on the judges panel. Ellen added in some humor like when she had some of the contestants step forward, backward and side to side before revealing who would go on to the next round. But she also provided some helpful critiques in a refreshingly nice way to balance out Simon's usual blunt nature.

There were also several standout performances already in these early stages of the competition. Contestant Andrew Garcia did a very unique acoustic cover of Paula Abdul's Straight Up and Casey James really showed his talent with not only his great voice, but also his blues guitar skills.

Tonight we will see how Ellen copes with day two as an Idol judge and also see how the contestants manage with the always drama filled group night.

Enjoy this highlight from last night!

Deadliest Catch Captain Dies

Fishing boat captain Phil Harris of the reality series The Deadliest Catch has died at the age of 53. On Jan. 29 he had a stroke while unloading crabs in an Alaskan port. He was hospitalized and appeared to be doing better until he took a turn for the worst.

"It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our dad, Captain Phil Harris," his sons Jake and Josh Harris said in a statement on the Discovery Channel website. "Dad has always been a fighter and continued to be until the end. For us and the crew, he was someone who never backed down. We will remember and celebrate that strength. Thanks to everyone for their thoughts and prayers."

Harris was a central character on the wildly popular Discovery Channel show which depicted the dangerous crab fishing industry in the waters off Alaska.

Discovery Channel senior vice president Elizabeth Hillman issued a statement saying, "Phil was a devoted father and loyal friend to all who knew him. We will miss his straightforward honesty, wicked sense of humor and enormous heart."

Harris started working on a fishing boat at age 7, and he was running a fishing vessel out of Seattle by age 21.

Leno and Oprah and Letterman... Oh My!

Every time a TV show is interrupted by a commercial break, moans and sighs of frustration infiltrate the room. However, there is one day out of the year when these breaks are something to look forward to: Super Bowl Sunday. Those who attend Super Bowl gatherings only for wings and partying, are able to collectively enjoy the commercials.

This year, three major talk show hosts get together for one of these anticipated commercials... and it has got many talking. It only lasts about 15 seconds and it stars Oprah Winfrey, David Letterman and Jay Leno.

The three are on the couch pretending to watch the Super Bowl. Letterman says, "this is the worst Super Bowl party ever," and Oprah tries to tell him to be nice. Leno then replies, "he's just saying that cause I'm here." Letterman then mocks Leno. A funny interaction, considering all of the controversy that has gone on with NBC this past winter.

Leno is scheduled to return to "The Tonight Show." However, this commercial was to promote Letterman's "The Late Show With David Letterman." Although late night rivals, the two were able to get together for some Super Bowl fun.

And... it did not hurt that one of the biggest names in the world was sitting on the couch in between them. Oprah is definitely the best choice to mediate any conflict!

Dr. Murray Pleads Not Guilty to Michael Jackson's Death

Dr. Murray pled not guilty today to the charges of involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson. Jackson's death, as determined by the L.A. County Coroner's Office, was a result of Propofol intoxication. Dr. Murray prescribed the drug, along with others, to Jackson just before he died.

After the 25 minute hearing, Murray was taken into custody with a bail set at $75,000. According to TMZ, Murray cannot be in possession of or prescribe anesthetics, specifically Propofol. Murray had to hand over his passport at the end of the hearing - all of this in front of Jackson's parents and other family members.

The judge told Murray plain and simple, "I do not want you sedating people," but the medical board called him a "danger to the public". The board hoped that the judge would stop Murray from practicing medicine all togehter, but the judge didn't go that far. Dr. Murray is set to be in court again April 5th.

Is the Jersey Shore Cast Out of Control?

The cast members of 'Jersey Shore' are milking their new found fame for all it's worth! For starters, the cast negotiated a salary of $10,000 per episode next season - double what MTV had originally offered them. Now some cast members are making up to $7,500 a night for personal appearances, and you better believe they are making as many of these appearances as they can.

According to the New York Post, MTV is not happy about this. They have ordered the cast, including "Snooki", "The Situation", "Pauly D" and "JWoww" to slow down on the appearances at bars and clubs or face legal action. MTV fears it will hurt their image if the cast continues to "pimp themselves" across the country.

But of course, certain cast members refuse to listen to these rules. The cast just wants to earn as much money as they can. Some cast members are taking it even further, using their new fame to really bring in the big bucks.

"Pauly D" isn't just trying to land personal appearances for $7,500 a night, he plans to start DJing for a rate between $10,000 - $25,000 a gig!

"The Situation" is launching his own cologne named "The Sitch". Doesn't it usually take celebrities years before launching their own fragrance? If this seems a little crazy to you, you're not alone. The 'Jersey Shore' casts' manager gloats, "This is something like America hasn't seen before as far as reality TV goes". No kidding!

Lindsay Lohan - A Secret Celebrity Hoarder?

Claims that Lindsay Lohan is a “secret celebrity hoarder” are circulating after her interview with The Insider’s Niecy Nash. Lohan allows Nash into her home – apparently something she never does. Once inside, it’s obvious why this is. Lohan reveals hundreds of pairs of shoes and racks of designer clothing. Piles of clothing, bags, shoes and accessories cover the floor, many items with the tags still attached.

Lohan admits that she has trouble parting with all the clothing she has obtained over the years, “I just need to get rid of stuff,” says Lindsay. “That’s personal stuff that I have to, you know, work on.”

Lindsay’s mother Dina defends her daughter’s “hoarding”. "It's not just stuff that she bought," says Dina. "A lot if it is gifted so it's not necessarily stuff she buys. Like, a company will send five pairs of jeans.” No matter how she got the stuff, Lindsay obviously has more than she can handle. Dina says they plan to donate some of the excess stuff that seems to be suffocating the young celebrity.

On taking care of the abundance problem Lindsay says, "I hope everything is in its place then I will be able to breathe."

Alice In Chains And Friends Launch Fantasy Football Charity Auction

At the beginning of this year's NFL season, hard-core NFL fan Jerry Cantrell of Alice In Chains recruited some fellow heavy metal musicians and friends to take part in his other passion, FANTASY FOOTBALL. Besides Jerry, the league’s lineup consisted of Duff Mckagan of G 'N' R and Velvet Revolver, Mike Inez of Alice In Chains, Zakk Wylde of Ozzy Osbourne and Black Label Society, Vinnie Paul of Pantera and Hellyeah, Scott Ian of Anthrax, guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepherd, drummer Kenny Aronoff, former NFL player Matt Willig and ESPN's Talented Mr. Roto, Matthew Berry. More Bad News for Charlie Sheen

Things aren’t going so well for Charlie Sheen these days. The actor received a call from an OnStar-like service this morning, informing Sheen that his SUV had just crashed.

According to TMZ, the 'Two And A Half Men' star got the call around 4am, learning that his car had been involved in a wreck and the airbags had deployed. Sheen’s security team inspected his home and reported that his car had indeed been stolen. Cops found his SUV on its side at the bottom of a cliff near Mulholland Drive in L.A. The Fire department has not found any victims involved in the crash, and the cops are still searching for a suspect.

This accident comes just days after hearing news that the star will be charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault following the Christmas Day incident where he allegedly assaulted his wife Brooke Mueller. TMZ reports that Sheen will report in court on Monday for an arraignment, but is not expected to enter a plea just yet.

Ellen DeGeneres Speaks Out on Body Image and 'American Idol'

Ellen DeGeneres is sick and tired of the double standard when it comes to women and body image. The talk show host and “American Idol” judge discusses the issue with Katie Couric on CBS Evening News saying, "It's a double standard because there are men with really beautiful women that don't have great bodies, and yet nobody's saying anything about that. Women [think they] need to keep themselves up to look good for a man or for society. It's not fair."

In the interview with Couric, Ellen says airbrushing is one of the things that really bothers her the most. "Women are looking at bodies like that and going, 'My stomach doesn't look like that. I'm supposed to look like that?! So they starve themselves and they work out like crazy."

Beauty isn't about being stick-skinny, Ellen says it's about being healthy and happy. She adds: "It's not important. We put the wrong emphasis on what beauty is and what health is. Health is being vibrant and having energy and being happy. If you're healthy, it's got nothing to do with how much you weigh."

Ellen tells CBS Evening News that her relationship with wife Portia de Rossi is what keeps her healthy and happy.

It also sounds like Ellen is bringing the same attitude of acceptance and kindness to the “American Idol” set. She says she is finding it difficult to be critical of the contestants. "I'm getting good at delivering bad news, myself, but I'm trying to do it in a tender way. … I hate hurting people's feelings, so that, I think, is the hardest part. I think we have good people … I'm going to fight very, very hard to keep the people that I believe in, so that we have a wide variety … somebody for everybody, I hope."

The Sarah Silverman Program Returns With All New Episodes Tonight!

The third season of "The Sarah Silverman" program premieres on Comedy Central tonight at 10:30pm and just when viewers thought that Silverman couldn't push the envelope any further, she comes back blazing with fresh jokes, toilet humor, and that delicious brand of offensiveness that only Silverman can portray.

She is a character that I hate to admit liking, but she always wins me over in the end. Only Sarah Silverman can manage to turn singing about a detached baby penis into a cutesy ballad, while sporting some seventies style facial hair and not make us want to vomit. While her subject matter may be questionable at times, the show seems to know the exact right place to draw the line, and that is what will keep viewers tuning in for more, just waiting to see what's next, and believe me nothing is completely off limits.

PCM had the recent opportunity to participate in a conference call with Sarah Silverman to discuss the upcoming season and a plethora of other subjects, so stay tuned to PCM later today to check it out!

Tune into Comedy Central tonight for a great night of laughs with the season premiere of "Important Things with Demetri Martin" at 10pm and "The Sarah Silverman Program" at 10:30pm

Monopoly Gets A Makeover!

Hasbro is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, and in honor of the occasion they are coming out with a whole new Monopoly board game. The loved childhood classic is getting a makeover... 2010 style!

The company debuted the updated edition in New York City at this year's toy fair. The new version is coming out later this year, but they promise to keep the original game still on the shelf.

What makes the 2010 version so different than the original? Well, to start, the board will be circular as opposed to square. The pastel-colored paper cash will now be replaced with credit cards, and engraved plastic slabs will be used instead of the nostalgic metal pieces.

Although inventive, I have to say I do prefer a thimble or a top hat over a slab.

Lost is Found!

ABC's hit TV show, Lost, returned last night with its premiere episode for its final season. This TV drama follows the lives of plane crash survivors who have become stuck on a mysterious tropical island.

With the show now being in its sixth season; it still has a dedicated fan base. The premiere last night was watched by 12.1 million viewers. This was 12% better than the show's 2009 season opener. It started at 8:00 PM with a re-cap of the previous episodes and was followed by a two-hour telecast starting at 9:00 PM.

For those who want to get into the Lost craze, the premiere episode can now be watched on ABC's Web site. However, watching the re-cap episode first is definitely helpful!

The End of Fall Out Boy

Fall Out Boy members Pete Wentz and Patrick Stump have confirmed the rumors that Fall Out Boy is not currently together. "As far as I know Fall Out Boy is on break...I can't predict that I'd ever play in Fall Out Boy again," Wentz blogged on Tuesday.

Stump made a comment affirming this to Spin.com. "I'm not in Fall Out Boy right now," he said. Stump's statement just refers to the state of the band right now, but Wentz sees the breakup as a more permanent thing. "A hiatus is forever until you get lonely or old, [and] I don't plan on either," Wentz tweeted. He also tweeted that in order for him to continue with Fall Out Boy "Something would have to change in my head or my heart--not my wallet. It'd have to be real."

The band member do still have fond memories together and a group reunion or a new incarnation of the group is not out of the question. "One way or another, the band will always be around," Stump said. Wentz added on his blog, "There is a possibility that FOB will play again with or without me."

PCM Review: When In Rome

Josh Duhamel and Kristen Bell star in the romantic comedy When In Rome. Bell plays the work obsessed Beth who doesn't seem to have any success with her love life. She travels to Rome for her sister's wedding where she meets Duhamel's character Nick. The two really hit it off, but when Beth takes some coins out of the famous fountain of love she accidentally casts a love spell on an assortment of men who threw their coins into the fountain and she can't be sure if Nick's love for her is real.

The movie has a fairly predictable plot, but it will surely keep you laughing throughout. Each of the men under the love spell are peculiar--there is a sausage salesman, a street magician, an aspiring artist and a self obsessed model--but they all cause a lot of hilarious encounters. Beth gets chased down the street by one of her suitors who ends up getting hit by a horse and carriage and another unsuccessfully tries to escape from a Houdini like mummy suit in the middle of Beth's living room. Jon Heder's character even has a personal video taper who will be recognized by Napoleon Dynamite fans and adds to the hilarity.

Duhamel and Bell really make a dynamic on screen couple as Beth goes back and fourth about the relationship and Nick continues to pursue her. It's hard not to want their relationship to work out as the dreamy lovestruck sports reporter, Nick, is determined to convince Beth that she really can find love. She learns to believe in love again as she also must figure out how to break the spell she accidentally cast on several men. When In Rome is a fun high energy film that does not disappoint with its diverse cast of characters and endless laughs.

Prison Inmates Do Yet Another Michael Jackson Tribute

In celebration of the DVD release of This Is It, they have learned a new dance to They Don't Really Care About Us. To learn this dance the inmates got to work with Jackson's own choreographer Travis Payne and dancers Daniel Celebre and Dres Reid.

See the awesome choreography as 1500 inmates from the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center perform their newest tribute to the late King of Pop.

Colbie Caillat and Jason Mraz Perform at ' Cue The Music' Event

In preparation for the Grammies on Sunday, January 31, Colbie Caillat and Jason Mraz took the stage for a special duet celebrating the history of music and television, at the Cue The Music Event in Los Angeles, according to PopEater.com.

Colbie Caillat and Jason Mraz performed Cher and Sonny's "I Got You Babe". They also covered Tom Jones's TV hit, "It's Not Unusual".

This was not the first time that Callait and Mraz took the stage together. "Lucky", The Colbie Caillat hit featuring Jason Mraz, has been climbing the Billboard charts since late last year. The song is an acoustic ballad about two lovers who won't let the miles between them lessen the love they have for one another.

According the Examiner.com, Caillat and Mraz performed at the Cue the Music event to raise awareness of music preservation for the coming generations. "Cue the Music" was an event created by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences for this reason.

The Academy's goal is to use the Grammys as a platform for the acknowledgment of television classics that make television what it is today.

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard Engaged

Kristen Bell has confirmed that her and long-time boyfriend Dax Shepard are engaged. Bell debuted her engagement ring at the Grammy Awards Sunday night. The couple who made their first appearance together back in 2008 have reportedly been engaged since December.

Bell, best known for her starring role in Heroes and Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and Shepard (Punk'd, My Name Is Earl and the upcoming Parenthood) are currently starring
in the new romantic comedy When In Rome.

The secret to their relationship? Bell told Us magazine, "I've learned the necessity for healthy communication. How important it is to talk about your deepest, darkest fears and feelings," she says. "Your partner should hear your most embarrassing insecurities, because once you say them out loud, you've created a safe zone. And a snuggle party can fix anything -- it's true," she added.

Congrats!
