According to TMZ, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have mutually agreed to a custody arrangement during the month of January."Britney will have the lion's share of physical custody. Kevin's physical custody is extremely limited. He will be allowed to be with the children from noon to 4:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Spears' residence. Under the agreement, Spears can be present, but no one may interfere with Federline's right to be with the children."
"No agreement has been reached on custody matters after January."
This is a surprising turn since Britney filed for sole custody and Kevin retaliated with the same claim.
But who in the world files custody for only one month. I never heard of such a thing.
Maybe Britney did this so she could cut some slack off parenting. Not that she is doing much of it with all the partying she's been doing. She should probably give him visitation during the midnight hours, since she never seems to be home from midnight to dawn anyways.
Hopefully, K-Fed steps up and takes real care of his children. He can't possibly do any worse than Britney. If he keeps his act up, it may look good for him in future custody cases.
