Actress poses for Declare Yourself campaign

Jessica Alba has been snapped wearing a plastic muzzle for a new advert.
The actress is raising awareness for Declare Yourself, a campaign encouraging young Americans to vote.
Wearing a Hannibal Lecter mask, Jess, 27, looks desperately into the camera, tears streaming down her face.
‘Only you can silence yourself,’ reads the tagline. ‘Make them hear you. Register to vote now.’
Last month she posed for a similar ad, in which she had her mouth taped shut.
The presidential election takes place between John McCain and Barack Obama on 4 November.
