BEYONCE Knowles has lost her Dreamgirl looks by piling on more than a stone in weight.

And the 27-year-old has replaced her long, flowing locks with a messy blonde wig.

Beyoncé gained 15lb and donned a horrendous blonde hairpiece to portray legendary blues singer Etta James for her latest film, Cadillac Records.

It is not the first time the Crazy In Love singer has altered her figure for a film.

She went on a liquid diet to slim down for her role in Dreamgirls two years ago.

But she told an American magazine her latest change of image was much more fun.

Beyoncé revealed: “It was way easier – and tastier – than having to lose so much weight for Dreamgirls.”

But don’t worry, Beyoncé has dieted her way back to her usual svelte self now that filming has finished.
