Leonardo Dicaprio Calls On Americans To Set Example

Leonardo Dicaprio has called on Americans to set an example to the world by finding viable solutions to the environmental crisis.


The Departed actor has teamed up with Global Green USA to post a question on the Yahoo! Answers website, insisting everyone has to do their bit to save the world.

He says in a statement, "We can all be environmentalists. Creating communities online that are interested in discussing and embracing smart, simple and serious solutions reminds us we can all take action in our own homes and where we work.

"(The USA) can set an example for the rest of the world by protecting our cities and protecting ourselves."
