Happy Birthday Ja Rule!
For the the first time in a while (four years) Ja Rule actually gets to celebrate his birthday. The leap year baby turns a big 8 (that's counting his actualy birthdays) today! Other leap year celebs include motivational speaker Tony Robbins and underwear model Antonio Sabado Jr.
