I'm not really a big fan of the color yellow but I think the mini dress looks cute on Hilary Duff. Yellow sorts of brings out her eyes, I'm just not sure about her shoe and hair. Overall, I think Hilary is just simple and adorable, I just can't say anything bad about her!
