I don't know who Lily Cole, 18 is but when I came across these photos she reminded me of Lindsay Lohan, 20 except that she has the supermodel body. With her pale skin (lots of freckles), red hair and blue eyes! She can easily pass for Lindsay Lohan's older sister except that she's younger.
