The Nasty singer can't help feeling that Spears' recent rehab stint is only the start of things to come as the pop star struggles to fight back after a terrible 2006, which ended with divorce and a series of party problems.
She says, "I'm really afraid somethings going to happen, and I hope it doesn't."
Jackson, who first tasted success when she was a kid, fears Spears is suffering now because she had "too much too soon".
"I don't know her, I don't want to assume anything, but who knows?"
