Star files lawsuit against woman who leaked sex tape
Verne Troyer is suing ex girlfriend Ranae Shrider for battery and emotional distress.
The actor, who played 'Mini-Me' in Austin Powers, has accused her of beating him when he tried to break up with her.
‘When you pick up a 2'8" human being and throw him to the floor, it hurts,’ lawyer Ed McPherson tells TMZ.
Verne, 39, also claims Ranae violated his privacy when she leaked a sex tape of them to a US website.
He is said to be seeking at least £10million in damages.
It is thought other people will be sued, including a lawyer who allegedly tried to broker a deal for the sale of the sex tape.
