More bad news for Britney

Britney Spears lost visitation rights to her two sons after her meltdown that resulted in a 72-hour lockdown for a mental evaluation.

In an emergency hearing on Friday, court Commissioner Scott Gordon "awarded sole legal custody and sole physical custody of the minor children" to Kevin Federline, Spears' ex-husband.

Spears' visitation suspension will be in effect until January 14.

"There are no winners here," said Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline's attorney, after the 40 minute hearing.

Spears, meanwhile, is under what is called a 5150 hold, which is what medical code defines as: "When any person, as a result of mental disorder, is a danger to others, or to himself or herself, or gravely disabled." She will remain under observation for a minimum of 72 hours.
