Bam Margera's uncle was sentenced to two years of probation after pleading guilty to violating bond conditions for cocaine possession. Vincent Margera (Don Vito) had also been accused of fondling girls during a 
promotional appearance in 2006. His sentence barred him from portraying his Don Vito persona from the show "Viva La Bam" in any public appearances for a decade. While out on bond on the sex assault case in 2006, Margera tested positive for cocaine use. The guy looks like he's definitely on something, seriously!
