David Carradine, Kung Fu TV Seriers Star, Found Dead

The Legendary David Carradine was shockingly found dead in his hotel room at 10:00 Thursday morning by a producer manager. The actor was staying in Bangkok shooting a film and was supposed to show up for a meal with the whole crew Wednesday yet he never showed up and couldn’t be contacted. Citing unidentified police sources, the Thai English-language newspaper The Nation has reported that Carradine was found hanged in a luxury hotel room and died as a result of suicide, though other sources say he died of natural causes.

David Carradine was most known for his role in the television series Kung Fu and his part in the Kill Bills. He was didn’t have any prior experience in martial arts before the show Kung Fu but after he started to become very interested in it. He even starred in exercise videos teaching martial arts.

David Carradine was in over 100 feature films and nominated four times for a Golden Globe Award. He also appeared as a guest actor on the show Charmed as a demon and had an appearance on the hit Disney show Lizzie Miguire. For the younger generation you may remember the Yellow Page commercials where Mr. Carradine was portraying a very Zen like character promoting the Yellow Pages being online. It’s amazing how someone who could be so Zen like would be able to take his own life.

May David Carradine rest in peace.
