Jesse James Hollywood Found Guilty

Justin Timberlake's Alpha Dog film finally gets its ending. A jury convicted Jesse James Hollywood of first degree murder and kidnapping for ordering the killing of 15 year old Nicholas Markowitz.

It was determined that Hollywood was the ring leader of the group of drug users that kidnapped Nicholas as payback for a $1,200 debt Ben Markowitz owned them. After holding Nicholas captive for a few days, Hollywood feared charges for abduction and had Nicholas killed.

Hollywood was the fourth trial in the case. The rest of the defendants have been convicted; one has been released after serving time, another has been sentenced to life in prison, and the man who pulled the trigger is on death row. Hollywood fled the country and lived as a fugitive in Brazil for four years.
