The 22-year-old actor was “doing shots of whiskey,” Saturday night, an insider told the magazine.
“He stayed until the band was done and then stumbled out of the club by himself,” a witness added.
Shia was arrested for drunk driving after a crash in Hollywood early Sunday morning.
“Officers at the scene determined that neither his passenger, nor the other driver, were seriously injured so the charge is misdemeanor DUI,” police said.
