Rapper and Def Jam president Jay-Z announced on Christmas eve that he will be stepping down from his position as president of Def Jam records. He is quoted as saying "it's "time for me to take on new challenges,". His boss L.A. Reid says that Jay will be missed. Wonder what types of challenges, lay ahead for Jay-Z, do we hear the beat of little feet in the not so distant future?? hmm...only time will tell!
