Mischa Barton and Cisco Adler have decided to end their relationship of a year-and-a-half, because nobody knows who Cisco is and he is definately not a hot mess! Just kidding but that's my opinion.
"Mischa and Cisco have decided to part ways,” says the actress' rep. “Mischa is moving east soon and they both have very demanding schedules."
