Lindsay Lohan's Maserati: The Mystery Solved!

Just when you think she's hit rock-bottom, she finds some fresh dirt and keeps on shoveling down...

When Lindsay Lohan was first seen driving around in a $100,000 Maserati, I immediately figured Samantha Ronson was leasing it for her, considering that Ronson is the only one of the two currently making any sort of money (for plugging in her iPod and looking bored. Yeah, must be nice...).

Well, I was wrong.

TMZ says that the car is owned by porn producer Dennis DeSantis. Some of DeSantis' classy works include Origami So Horny. Destined to be a classic!

After Lohan's assistant busted the car by driving into a Subaru, DeSantis just shrugged it off, paid the $10,000 for it to get repaired and allowed our little train wreck to keep driving it.

DeSantis also claims he lent her the car "just because."
There's no strings attached.

PFFFFFFFFTTT! PLEASE! Even in L.A., porn producers are given the side-eye!

I wouldn't be shocked if when I was trolling the adult section of my video store, I saw Lohan's face on the cover of titles like A Prairie Whore Companion and Freaky Friday.

Dina Lohan will be so proud. No, she really will be. I wasn't being sarcastic.

I guess we all find our place in this world, eventually...

Lohans battle custody again

Michael Lohan told E! News that he is taking his ex-wife, Dina, to court so that he can see their mutual children, Ali, 14, and Cody, 11.

"I didn't want to do it, but I had to. She left me no choice," Michael said. "She's missed 19 out of 31 appointments I had with my kids. Now, I'm giving her one last chance to let me see them one day a week, on my own, and to go to therapy with them one day a week. If not, we'll drag this through court again."

E! News said Dina Lohan's reps did not respond to calls seeking comment.

Michael and Dina Lohan, also the parents of Lindsay Lohan, went to court last year to over custody. As per the agreement, Dina Lohan has primary custody and Michael has visitation rights.

"All I want is for her to live up to what she agreed to and stop missing our meetings," Michael Lohan said. "When the time comes, she always has an excuse, and I am tired of it. I won't put up with it any more. My kids haven't even seen my family in too long."

He also said he has asked for a hearing in a Long Island family court on Wednesday, and may ask his for a court-ordered drug test on his ex-wife. He said that ever since Dina Lohan became involved in the E! reality show 'Living Lohan,' "she's become a diva again."

Lilo goes to ER for asthma attack

Lindsay Lohan's mother, Dina, informed People that her daughter went to the emergency room Thursday evening due to an asthma attack, despite statements from the actress' rep on Friday that she was visiting a friend in the hospital.

"She was losing oxygen. She couldn't breathe," Dina Lohan said.

"She was afraid to go the hospital because [the paparazzi] were gonna write about it. She was sick," she added. "If you were sick, and you're mother couldn't even take you to a hospital because paparazzi will fabricate some story, you know, it's sad. It's really sad."

Paparazzi had photographed 21-year-old Lindsay and her rumored girlfriend, DJ Samantha Ronson, going to the emergency room.

Dina Lohan said her daughter was lucky Ronson was there. "Samantha is an angel," she said.

Lilo & Sam Ronson get hot and heavy

(Photo from Egotastic. For more, click here)

Lindsay Lohan and her close friend, openly gay DJ Samantha Ronson, were spotted getting intimate in Cannes this week. Rumors that the pair were more than friends had been swirling around for months.

The two were attending Diddy's lavish yacht party when paparazzi snapped the pictures.

"They looked like proper lovebirds," a party guest said. "And they didn't care who saw them draped over each other. If they are together then it's a nice vision of their love."

However, Lohan's mom Dina has publicly denied a romantic relationship.

"Samantha's an amazing girl. They're best friends. They're just friends," she said. "It's so silly. We actually laugh about it now. It really does hurt... but you develop a thick skin. You have to ignore it."

In other Lohan news, the singer/actress reportedly turned down nightclub owner John Englebert's offer to settle the lawsuit against her regarding the fur coat she reportedly stole. Englebert also offered to buy her a mink coat.

Lindsay’s Parents Okay With Naked Photo Shoot

Lindsay Lohan’s recent recreation of Marilyn Monroe’s legendary final photo shoot with photographer Bert Stern has made quite a splash in the media. Like the original pictures of Monroe in 1962, Lohan was photographed nude or clad in seductively see-through fabric.

Both of Lindsay’s parents have released statements in support of their daughter’s decision to pose nude and believe that the photographs were taken in good taste. Dina, her mother/manger, told the press that she views the pictures ”artistically” and that it was an honor for Bert Stein to call Lindsay and ask her to do the shoot.

Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan agrees with her mom and told Us Magazine “Lindsay is an adult, and she knows the direction she wants to take her career. It’s her decision.” He did add, however, that he does not intend to look at his pictures claiming, "That’s my daughter!”

Additionally, he expressed concern that Lindsay’s life might parallel Marilyn’s in more ways then just the photo shoot, and with the way the troubled young starlet’s life seems to be heading her father’s trepidation is not entirely off base.

Although Lindsay was aware that she would be posing nude in the shoot her publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelink, claims that they didn’t think that the New York Magazine would actually run the nudes. Personally, though, I think it’s pretty obvious that a magazine would want to go ahead and publish the naked pictures they just took, but maybe I’m just a little jaded.

Zelnik maintains that Lindsay “loves the photos,” and all in all the Lohan family seems to be proud of Lindsay’s pics. Watch the video below, and check out the PG version of some of them for yourself.

Lindsay Lohan poses nude!

Readers of New York magazine will be seeing a lot of Lindsay Lohan this spring. The actress poses nude in the spring fashion issue, recreating Marilyn Monroe's famous 1962 photo shoot for veteran lensman Bert Stern.

Lohan's Feb. 5 shoot was also photographed by Stern. She said she was comfortable with the nudity, although she did admit to doing 250 crunches the night before.

While some people wondered if the nude photo shoot was an appropriate choice for the party girl actress who has been in rehab three times, her mom Dina has expressed her approval.

"It was very tastefully done," Dina Lohan told People. "I respect the photographer as an artist, so I look at them artistically. For him to call Lindsay 46 years later and to say can you recreate these photos is an honor. I looked at it as art, and as Lindsay doing a character. So I don't look at them like it's Playboy; she was being a character. So if you look at it that way, you can look at it as a mother."

She added that her daughter, a Marilyn Monroe fan, viewed the photo shoot as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

"Lindsay was very excited when she first got the phone call," Dina Lohan said. "Of course we talked about how they would be done. Lindsay said, 'Mommy, I'm never going to get this opportunity to do it again.' She was very thankful she was asked."

Lindsay Lohan Parents Ordered To Therapy

The warring parents of troubled actress Lindsay Lohan have been ordered to undergo family therapy by a New York judge.

Dina and Michael Lohan are currently battling over the latter's visitation rights to their two youngest children Aliana, 13; and Dakota, 11.

Former investment banker Michael was released from a New York state prison in March (07) after nearly two years behind bars for driving under the influence.

Michael is desperate to see Aliana, Dakota and his eldest kids Lindsay or Michael Jnr, but claims his ex-wife has violated the deal and has failed to make requisite child-support payments.

Nassau County Family Court judge Stacy Bennett ordered the couple to stop speaking negatively of each other in front of their kids and undergo counseling at a hearing on Monday (25Jun07).

Bennett also ordered Dina to allow Michael to have more frequent phone privileges with Dakota and Aliana.

The pair will return to court for a progress hearing on 6 September (07).

Following the hearing, Michael said, "They were my entire life. I miss them tremendously. I'm happy that I'll be reunited with my children, which I should have been a long time ago. It's in the best interests of the kids, I believe that God has his hand in this."

Lindsay Lohan's Parents Battle Out Divorce In Cour

Lindsay Lohan's parents' divorce case kicked off in court on Friday and quickly turned ugly.

Michael and Dina Lohan were both at the Long Island, New York court for the hearing.

During proceedings Dina accused Michael of breaching their separation agreement by speaking to the media. Michael meanwhile claimed he is owed money from Dina, as agreed in the pact.

After sparring in the courthouse, the tension spilled outside, with Michael clashing with Dina's "security guard" Ty Dux, reports Tmz.

The pair exchanged insults, with Dux claiming Lohan family members are scared of Michael and "didn't sleep at night, even when he was in jail".

Stupid Dina Lohan Visits Lindsay, Forgot Court Hearing

Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina has angered a judge in Nassau, The Bahamas by missing a court hearing to visit her daughter in rehab in California.

Dina Lohan was due to appear in Nassau County Family Court to arrange visitation rights to her two youngest children - daughter Aliana, 13, and son Dakota, 10 - with her estranged husband Michael.

Dina's lawyer Warren Quaid told the hearing his client was preparing to fly to California to visit Lindsay in rehab.

Judge Stacy Bennett angrily said, "All future dates she is required to be here."

Dina Lohan Lied About Professional Dancer Past

Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina lied about being a professional dancer with prestigious stage group The Rockettes, according to reports.

An investigation carried out by The New York Post found no trace of the star's mom during a thorough search of the dance group's records - and it seems the famous mother also made up her claims she appeared in the theatre and television ads.

A source tells the paper, "It's like claiming to have a degree from Harvard when you don't. It's a big deal to be a Rockette..."

"Look in Sag (Screen Actors Guild). Look in Aftra (American Federation of Television&Radio Artists). Dina isn't a member... She never did a Broadway show. She never did ads."

WTF Dina Lohan's Reality Show?

Lindsay Lohan's mother is set to star in a new reality TV show with her youngest children, Ali, 14, and Cody, 11.

Former actress Dina - who is renowned for her fame-hungry tactics - is in talks with entertainment network E! to star in 'Momager' in which she will attempt to launch Ali and Cody as stars.

A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Can you believe that? She totally messed up Lindsay by making her a 'star' and living vicariously through her - and now she's going to do the same to the other two?

"How can E! do this? Those kids should be in school having normal lives, the life that Lindsay didn't get to have."

Dina - who once dubbed herself "the white Oprah" - has been working as a guest presenter for 'Entertainment Tonight' to give the show "exclusives" with 20-year-old Lindsay.

The first piece she did was while the 'Mean Girls' star was a resident in the Wonderland rehab centre, and the second saw Dina work as a red carpet interviewer at the 'Georgia Rule' premiere.

Dina Lohan Thinks Lindsay Is Just Misunderstood

Lindsay Lohan & Calum Best Leaving Their Hotel In NYC

Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina has hit back at reports her daughter is an out-of-control party girl, insisting the Mean Girls star is simply "misunderstood".

The actress, who completed a month-long stay in rehab to battle her drink demons earlier this year, is frequently criticised for her wild lifestyle - particularly after photographs showing the star allegedly snorting cocaine in a hotel toilet emerged last month.

But her mother Dina is adamant the 20-year-old's reputation is over-exaggerated by the media, and believes Lindsay is just enjoying the perks of the entertainment industry.

She says, "This (premieres and parties) is the fun part of the business. She'll be 21 in a few months."

"Regardless, of course, as a parent, you set boundaries and scold them. But there are these dark stories - she is so misunderstood. All she wants to do is act and have a somewhat normal life. When you're 20, it's normal to want to go to The Ivy, to go to the hot stores, She can't live in a bubble."

Photographer Suing Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan Sighting In NYC

Actress Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a photographer for allegedly injuring him with her mother's car.

The 20-year-old was "negligent, careless and reckless" while driving a BMW on 13 March in New York, according to legal papers filed in the city by snapper Giovanni Arnold on Thursday (10May07).

Arnold claims he "sustained severe and permanent personal injuries" in the incident and was financially disadvantaged as a result.

The suit also names Lohan's mother Dina, but doesn't specify the amount in damages being sought.

No accident report was filed at the time of the alleged incident, although police were on the scene at the time.

During an interview with US chat show host David Letterman on Wednesday (09May07), Lohan was asked if she had run over a photographer's foot.

She replied jokingly, "No, but I should. The guy completely faked it."

Lindsay Lohan Desperate To Play Princess Diana

Actress Lindsay Lohan gets a new curly blonde hair do at the Chris McMillan hair salon in Beverly Hills, California. After leaving the salon the star headed to fancy bakery Sweet Lady Jane for a cup cake fix. (source)

Lindsay Lohan wants to play Princess Diana in a movie about the late royal's life.

The 'Mean Girls' star - whose mother Dina recently compared her to the late princess because she is so harassed by the paparazzi - is a big fan of Diana and would love to portray her in a movie.

Lindsay told In Touch Weekly magazine: "It would be fantastic to play her. She gave back a lot and was such an amazing woman."

The 20-year-old actress - who left rehab last month after being treated for alcoholism - is also planning to follow in the princess' footsteps by doing some charity work.

She said: "I'm going to Japan soon with my friend Charlotte Ronson, who's a designer, and I'm researching some charity work that I can do and visit some orphanages."

Dina Lohan Thinks Lindsay's Life Will End Up in A Tragedy

Lindsay Lohan leaving The Ivy at Beverly Hills

Dina Lohan is worried the young actress - who is one of the most photographed women in the world - could be killed being pursued by the paparazzi, just like Diana in 1997.

Dina told America's Harper's Bazaar magazine: "She's in such a whirlwind, she's in a tornado. I mean, we're talking serious earthquake, you know? Look at me. Princess Diana will happen again."

Dina also revealed she hadn't pushed Lindsay into her recent rehab stay because she wanted her 20-year-old daughter to make the decision on her own.

She added: "Lindsay had to fall and get up. I knew it was coming. I told her, but finally she was like, 'Mommy, I had to do it myself.'"

Gwyneth Thinks Lindsay Will “Figure It Out”

As the world waits to see if Lindsay Lohan will go the way of Drew Barrymore or the chick from Diff’rent Strokes, Gwyneth Paltrow, for one, believes that Lohan will pull through quite all right.

"My prediction is that Lindsay Lohan, she'll figure it out," the Academy Award-winning Paltrow told Entertainment Tonight. "It's really, really hard to be so young and so in the public eye and I think it's very confusing."

Paltrow added, “It's hard to be that out there and, you know, when everybody's analyzing everything you do, and she's ... very young."

Paltrow, 34, also said she felt that Lohan, 20, is very talented and will have a successful career.

Lohan, who checked herself into Wonderland Rehab Center on January 18, comes and goes as she pleases during the day, and then returns to Wonderland for nighthab.

In an apparent dig at Dina Lohan, Paltrow, 34, the daughter of the late direct-producer Bruce Paltrow and actress Blythe Danner, said her parents would never have allowed her to go through her rebellious years in public. "My parents would have killed me if I didn't do it behind closed doors," she said.

Of course, fame-hating Paltrow has every reason to hope Lohan continues to keep the spotlight off her mother-of-two self so that she can attend yoga in peace.

Also, not to digress, but while we used to think Gwyneth was really hot, now that we notice her slight resemblance to shunned birthday boy/producer Scott Storch, we’ll never look at her the same way again.
