Miley Cyrus thanks fans

Miley Cyrus performed Saturday night for the first time since her Vanity Fair photo scandal erupted a week ago. The teen star was on hand to sing a set at the Disney Channel Games concert in Orlando, although she did skip Friday's Disney Channel Games media party.

Miley thanked her fans prior to performing: "First of all I think all of us here can say thank you," she said. "I can't think of how many would stand in the rain to come in here. Thank you all for coming out tonight, you're all amazing."

She kicked off the night with her hit single "See You Again," and also debuted two songs that will appear on her upcoming album, set for release July 22.

"I hope you had an awesome time," Cyrus told the audience after her performance. "I saw a sign back there that said, 'Miley, I'm praying for you.' I could not be more appreciative. Thank you guys for all your support. Without you, none of this would be possible. I love every one of you and I could not be more appreciative. God bless you."

Cyrus clearly tried to convey a more youthful vibe, as she posed for pictures with Mickey and Minnie.

She was joined by fellow Disney acts The Jonas Brothers, the Cheetah Girls, Camp Rock star Demi Lovato and Jordan Pruitt. The show capped off the week-long Disney Channel games, and the concert will air in July.
