Fergie is a "total star" and has a "great soul", says her lover actor Josh Duhamel.The 'Las Vegas' star says he and Fergie have different approaches to dealing with their fame and this makes them the perfect couple.
He said: "She's a real total star. I'm more subdued than that. I'd rather sneak up on people. But that's what makes us work. We have similar fundamental values. We both grew up in similar families. She's just got a great soul."
Duhamel, 35, has dated the 32-year-old 'Glamorous' singer for nearly three years and the pair recently moved in together.
He said: "A girl like Fergie comes with stuff - lot of stuff. And there just wasn't enough room for the stuff."
Black-Eyed Peas singer Fergie has enjoyed solo success with her album 'Dutchess', and recently declared herself "the luckiest girl in the world".
Duhamel hits the big screen in the Michael Bay film 'Transformers', alongside Shia Labeouf next month.
