Paris Hilton eat pavement in Prague
While out shopping in Prague with boyfriend Benji Madden, Paris took a loss on her way out a store. Paris was attempting to flee the paparazzi storm that was following her and Madden. She apparently tripped over a step on her way out of the store and landed chin first on the concrete! It then took Benji Madden a few moments to notice Paris was down, before then coming back to help her to her feet! Oh, what a hero! Paris was not seriously injured and ended up with a few scratches on her chin and a bit of a bruised ego!
Heath Ledger's possible love child
According to Heath Ledger's uncle, the late actor may have fathered a love child when he was 17-years-old.
Haydn Ledger told Australia's News Ltd newspapers it was a "real possibility," although the actor’s father, Kim Ledger, and mother, Sally Bell, refused to comment about the speculation.
The paper reported Ledger had broken up with an older woman before she realized she was pregnant. According to a family source, "She had the baby. Everyone lived under the assumption that she was the daughter of the mother’s boyfriend and that is how she has been brought up."
The Sydney Morning Herald contacted a woman who is believed to have had an affair with the actor. She requested privacy and said her 11-year-old daughter would be "incredibly hurt" if she were identified.
Although one Australian report said the child's stepfather suggested a DNA test to ameliorate press attention, the woman refused one when she was contacted by the Herald, calling the request "very, very rude."
This is not the first controversy concerning the late actor. His last official will was drawn up in April 2003, prior to the birth of his daughter, therefore nothing was left for her or her mother, Michelle Williams.
Paris Hilton named #1 overexposed celebritity
Tabloid favorite Paris Hilton may not be as popular as she thinks afterall.
The celebutante topped Los Angeles-based E-Poll Market Research, which provides appeal rankings for more than 3,000 celebrities, with 70 percent of the U.S. population calling her "overexposed."
Hilton's numbers are up slightly from a year ago and, on average, a celebrity in the peak if his or her career is between three and seven percent.
Britney Spears is number two on the list, and others include Lindsay Lohan and the Olsen twins.
Gerry Philpott, poll chief executive, said the 24/7 media saturation on celebrities expedites them to fame and leads to over-saturation in the public eye.
"You can go from zero to 60 in exposure like that," Philpott said. "And, for that matter, 60 to zero."
One such example? Number 11 Spencer Pratt, the annnoying bad boy of "The Hills."
But according to Jake Halpern, author of "Fame Junkies: The Hidden Truth Behind America's Favorite Addiction," stars like Pratt see any press as positive since he would not otherwise by a celebrity.
"You're only a celebrity as long as you’re in the dialogue of popular culture," Halpern said. And if you don't have your work, be it a movie or album, to keep you in that dialogue, you are forced to rely on exposure."

They have been dating since 2007, when after seeing Decker pose in an issue of Sports Illustrated, the twenty-five-year-old Roddick asked his agent to find a phone number for the twenty-year-old model. The couple plans to “enjoy their engagement” and to wait to set a date.

Jennifer Lopez's pining for pregnancy
Jennifer Lopez misses being pregnant.
The Latino star - who recently gave birth to twins Max and Emme, her first children with husband Marc Anthony - enjoyed the connection she felt with her children while they were inside her.
She said: "I miss feeling them inside me. It's funny, when their little umbilical cords fell off I cried. That was the last attachment we had where it was just us."
Jennifer, 38, also insists she has never experienced love like the love she feels for her son and daughter.
She added in a magazine interview: "It's not until you experience it yourself that you can put it into your own words. Your heart is connected to them. It feels like there's a string from my chest to theirs."
Earlier this week, Jennifer vowed to ease up on her work commitments because motherhood is the biggest priority in her life now.
She said: "I've been very career-orientated my whole life, but all of a sudden it's been like, whoosh! I want to do everything for them."

1 seeds sweep Final Four
In a disappointing turn for fans of Cinderella teams like this year's tenth-seeded Davidson, all four of the number one seeds in the NCAA men's basketball tournament made the Final Four.
Prior to the start of the season, pollsters selected North Carolina, UCLA, Memphis and Kansas as the top teams in the nation. Then the tournament selection committee also chose those teams as the best, rewarding each with a number one seed. Lo and behold, the four teams who have made it to the Final Four are the aforementioned.
Never before have all four number one seeds made it to the Final Four.
North Carolina made it by defeating third-seeded Louisville, Memphis beat two-seeded Texas, UCLA knocked out third-seeded Xavier, and in a near upset and the Cinderella story of the tournament, number ten Davidson couldn't hang on against the Kansas Jayhawks.
It will be a tough battle as the four best teams in the country face off to determine who is the lone number one. North Carolina (36-2) will play Kansas (35-3) and Memphis (37-1) will take on UCLA (35-3) Saturday.

Montag tries to change Hollywood sign
Heidi Montag may be part of reality television's most annoying couples, but you have to admit, she's not afraid to ask for what she wants. Even if the proposition is preposterous.
Montag, who is releasing her line of clothing called "Heidiwood" April 11, reportedly asked that the venerable Hollywood sign be changed to read "Heidiwood" for her fashion show that marks the release of her line.
According to Us Weekly, the request was turned down. "We rarely accept alterations of an historic monument," Los Angeles city council member Tom LaBonge told the magazine.
Engaged Jamie Lynn Spears shops for baby
It's been a busy week for Jamie Lynn Spears. The pregnant 16-year-old was spotted earlier in the week wearing an engagement ring and telling family and friends she is getting married to Casey Aldridge, the father of her baby.
Spears and Aldridge, 18, are expecting their child in the summer, but there has been no word on when they will wed.
Spears also set up a registry at Babies R Us in Baton Rouge on Thursday. The actress reportedly drove 80 miles to the store from her home in Kentwood, La. to look at the baby accessories.
Accompanied by a female cousin, Spears wore a shirt that said "The Rumors Are True" and selected items ranging in price from under $2 to $300. She asked for a car seat, bath towels and teething rings and a Baby Neptune Ocean Gym in gender-neutral colors.
On the registry, the "event date" is July 10 and Spears and Aldridge are co-registrants. Spears also wrote the message, "Thank you for supporting us during this special time."
Lindsay Lohan in movie about the Manson Family
Lindsay Lohan must have a thing for murder. She's just coming off roles in I Know Who Killed Me and Chapter 27, a film about John Lennon's killer, but apparently those weren't enough.
The actress is set to star in the film Manson Girls, according to E! Online. She will reportedly play Nancy Pitman, one of cult leader Charles Manson's devoted followers.
E! Online also got a quote from film producer Brad Wyman, confirming the story. "Yes, I am doing it with Lindsay," Wyman said.
Lohan is also busy recording a new album and designing her upcoming line of leggings.
Kate Moss Sets Wedding Date
Kate Moss has reportedly set a date for her wedding to The Kills guitarist, Jamie Hince.
The couple are said to have cleared their respective diaries and are telling close friends and family to keep September free.
A source tells The Sun: “Kate has told her family she is planning the bash for early in September.
“They have spent the last few weeks in each other’s pockets and decided to sort everything this year.”
It's believed that Kate and Jamie are planning to celebrate their nuptials in the grounds of the model’s Cotswolds home.

Katie Holmes 'Cracking' Under Strain of Life With Tom Cruise
A US magazine claims that the exhausted actress is suffering from debilitating headaches and dizzy spells as a result of her marriage.
Star cites a recent L.A. lunch date when Katie looked pale, feeble and emaciated, and was so disorientated when she left the restaurant that she “braced herself against the doorframe before her bodyguard carefully guided her into a waiting SUV.”
Sources tell the mag that extreme dieting and her manic husband may be contributing to her ill health.
"Katie doesn't get enough sleep - and hasn't for months now," says one insider.
"She's tired and drained much of the day because Tom is so wired, and they stay awake until after midnight. He has boundless energy, and she just can't compete."
Sources also claim that Tom disappears for days at a time, without telling his wife where he's going.
"His rule is 'You can be with me, but don't ask about it,'" says a source.

Kimberly Locke Gets Fierce-ified!
According to sources for TMZ.com, Project Runway's prodigy and master of all that is fierce, Christian Siriano, designed the dress that Locke wears on tonight's American Idol. I guess instead of it being designed with Posh in mind, it's all about Locke!
If only Christian could do something for Paula as well...and save her from looking like the tickety tack drag queen that she usually does.

Johnny Knoxville divorced
Johnny Knoxville's divorce has been finalised.
The 'Jackass' star and Melanie Lynn Clapp had their marriage ended at Los Angeles County Superior Court over the weekend.
Knoxville must cover his family's health and medical expenses but spousal support and the custody of their 11-year-old daughter Madison are still to be decided.
Johnny - real name Philip John Clapp - and Melanie married in May 1995, before separating in July 2006.
Johnny filed for divorce in July 2007, citing irreconcilable differences.
In the legal papers, it was revealed he was seeking joint legal and physical custody of Madison, whose name he has tattooed across his chest. He also offered to pay an unspecified sum of child support.
Johnny - who recently nearly lost his testicles when a stunt for 'Jackass' went wrong - denied he dated Jessica Simpson while they filmed 2005 movie 'The Dukes of Hazzard'.
But he did admit he is often propositioned by his female admirers.
He said: "Some girls come up to me and say, 'Can I ask you a question? Are you looking for a little p***y tonight?' It's weird. Most of the time they come up and say hello but other times you get the extreme version of that."

NFL player injured by fast food wrapper
Here's a story you don't hear everyday. Brandon Marshall of the Denver Broncos was injured recently... by a fast food wrapper?
According to NFL.com, the wide receiver slipped on the wrapper, causing him to reach out his arm to brace his fall. Unfortunately, his arm went through the entertainment unit, leading to an injury that required stitches and a sense of humor.
"I want to thank everybody for their concerns and let everyone know that I'm okay," Marshall wrote in a text message Sunday to NFL.com. "It's funny because I pride myself on YAC [yards after catch] and being one of the toughest players to take down once I have the ball in my hands."
"So for the next couple of days I'm going to take the time to build my confidence back up after allowing that McDonalds bag to take me down and send me through the entertainment center."
Well, perhaps some of Denver's opponents can use this to their advantage. Maybe Ronald McDonald would like an NFL contract?
Fans mourn Jason Rae
The body of the thirty-one-year-old saxophonist was found in a Leeds, England apartment, near where Rae and his band, The Haggis Horns, has been scheduled to perform at the HiFi Club on Sunday.
A post mortem exam was inconclusive and West Yorkshire Police are still awaiting the results of a toxicology report.
Bailey Rae, 29, met her husband when she worked as a coat room attendant at a jazz club in Leeds. The two married in 2001.
The singer's record label released a statement yesterday offering their condolences: "EMI Records would like to offer its sincere condolences to Corinne Bailey Rae and the Rae family at this tragic time. We ask that the media respects Corinne's privacy and that of her entire family."
Fans have also been expressing their condolences through YouTube tributes to the saxophonist.

The two answered viewers questions, including their favorite colors, number of boyfriends and their religion. When asked whether they are Christian, they responded "Yes, we are" and dedicated the segment to Jesus.
"We love Jesus!" the fifteen-year-old star said. "Jesus rocks! [Mandy] dances for Jesus. I sing, dance and act for Jesus! ... Now that I think about it, I do everything for Jesus. We make the YouTube videos for Jesus. We're all about it."
This is not the first time Cyrus has proclaimed her faith. During her appearance on Oprah several months ago, the pint-sized star quoted her favorite Bible verse, Ephesians 6:10-11: "Finally, my brother, come close to the Lord for if you put on the full armor of God you can stand against the walls of a devil."

Sarah Jessica Parker's LA hate
Sarah Jessica Parker hates Los Angeles because the city treats celebrities "like exotic creatures".
The 'Sex and the City' star would never quit New York and move to Los Angeles because she believes the city, the home of Hollywood, is too obsessed with actors.
She told Hello! magazine: "For me it was never really a choice between New York and Los Angeles. I've always considered New York my home and since my husband Matthew Broderick was born and raised here we never even considered moving away.
"New York has the big advantage of not treating celebrities like exotic creatures. No-one cares because the city is so big and driven by so many other interests that people don't obsess with actors as much as they do in Los Angeles, where it all revolves around Hollywood."
Sarah has been married to 'Inspector Gadget' star Matthew for nearly 11 years, and the couple have a five-year-old son James Wilkie.
The 42-year-old actress can next be seen reprising her role as Carrie Bradshaw in 'Sex and the City: The Movie', which is released worldwide at the end of May.

TV - this seaon's DOA's
On Life Support
Big Brother 9—the year of boring me to death by showing the same clips over and over.
Unfortunately, this show will continue to thrive because everyone wants to see other people make fools of themselves. The show is poorly produced and directed, evidenced in the way the same scenes are continually replayed which takes up about one half of the show. This season is the worst season ever—the people are all jerks—no one to root for....boring, boring, boring.
DOA (Dead on Arrival).Shows that will not survive beyond the spring and, if they do, it’s because the American public has taste up the kazoo.
Canterbury’s Law.
Great; another law show—this time with a woman with a back story. Her marriage is in trouble because she’s upset because her son was kidnapped three years ago and never found. Oh yeah, she had, or is having, or will not have an affair. I would guess that we would have to endure her nightmare every week. But the real problem is the writing and the story line are totally predictable and amateurish. Give us a break; find the kid, have an affair, cancel the show.
Can’t wait for The Office, The Tudors, Friday Night Lights, The Brotherhood, Rescue Me, among others.
Glebe out.

Britney on South Park
The singer was featured on a new episode of Comedy Central's South Park Wednesday night. In the show, Britney decides to go camping in South Park, Colorado to escape her problems. The South Park kids try to take a compromising photo of her so they can earn money, and end up triggering Spears' suicide.
The rather tasteless episode appears to be an indictment of the celebrity news media, in fact blaming them for Spears’ recent troubles.
The cartoon is known for pushing boundaries, including using anti-semitic slurs and attacking Republicans for their role in the Terry Schiavo case. But what do you think? Did you like the Britney episode or do you think they took things too far this time?
March Madness Begins! UCLA, Kansas roll, Duke escapes scare
March Madness is officially underway. Sixteen games are in the books with forty-seven more to go. The two top seeds in the Midwest and West regions, Kansas and UCLA were both in action as well as the popular/hated Duke Blue Devils. Only two out of the sixteen games played yesterday featured upsets as number nine seed Texas A&M defeated number eight seed BYU 67-62 and number eleven seed Kansas State led be freshman sensation Michael Beasley defeated number six seed USC 80-67.
Both number one seeds dominated their weaker sixteenth seeded opponents as Kansas rolled to a 85-61 victory over the vikings of Portland State and UCLA toppled Mississippi Valley State 70-29. Number two seed Duke barely escaped the fifteenth seeded Bruins of Belmont as the Blue Devils blew a ten point second half lead to barely escape with a 71-70 victory. Duke guard Gerald Henderson scored the game winner as he drove down the length of the court and scored on a lay-up with six seconds to go.
Other teams advancing included Xavier, who came back after being down eleven to defeat the SEC champs Georgia Bulldogs. Michigan State, Stanford, Marquette, UNLV, Pitt, Purdue, Washington State, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, and West Virginia advanced as well. Report - Jolie & Pitt's Twins Will Be Fraternal
Report - Jolie & Pitt's Twins Will Be Fraternal.... Angelina Jolie will give birth to twins in her late mother's native France, if the latest U.S. news reports are to be believed.
Celebrity magazine In Touch reports the actress and partner Brad Pitt are expecting a boy and a girl.
The couple has yet to confirm the baby news, even though Jolie's ever-growing belly suggests she's with child, and their publicist is offering a firm "no comment" on the latest reports.
According to In Touch, Jolie was overheard cooing about her unborn babies on the set of Pitt's new movie, Tree Of Life, in Texas, telling one pal the little ones are "kicking and moving".
A source tells the publication Jolie and Pitt were overjoyed when they heard they'd be having twins after a visit to their obstetrician/gynaecologist Dr.
Jason Rothbart last week (14Mar08).
The insider says, "Because she took fertility treatments to help her ovulate, her babies are fraternal. They're ecstatic. She can't wait."

Topless Audrina?!?!
Recently I was reading Splashnewsonline.com and they have apparently obtained topless photos of the Hills' hottie sidekick Audrina. They should be posted by Friday morning. Scandalous!! Check them out here
The new webkin?
The Doll company Herobuilers has come up with quite the toy. In excitement over the upcoming 2008 elections, they have created an eight inch Barack Obama doll. Unlike the real guy, the semi-scary mini version hopefully doesn't come with a guarantee to change the country. Jeremiah Wright not included. THANK GOD!
The new Gossip Girl
Apparently, Michelle Trachtenberg has signed a deal to appear in the CW show
The starlet is slated to play Georgina Sparks. According to the plot, Sparks will go to Manhattan, after her time in rehab, and will shake up the lives of the shows resident bad girl Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively)
Mischa Barton was supposedly being considered for the role, but she allegedly didn't get along so well with the producers and just used them for publicity.
We much prefer Trachtenberg. Mischa's real life plays out like it's own Gossip Girl, so who needs her on the show?
It looks like Trachtenberg is pretty lucky this year. She will be appearing in Kids in America, as well as Seventeen Again, where she stars with Zac Efron. Aweosme!!
Madonna rocky marriage denial
Madonna has vehemently denied reports her marriage to Guy Ritchie is on the rocks.
The 49-year-old pop star's representative issued a statement insisting the couple, who have been married for seven years, couldn't be happier following various reports they live separate lives and are on the verge of splitting.
Liz Rosenberg, Madonna's US spokeswoman, said: "I am delighted to confirm that Mr. and Mrs. Guy Ritchie remain happily married.
"Though they were in different countries recently - Madonna in the US promoting her upcoming album 'Hard Candy' and Guy finishing up post-production on his new film 'RocknRolla' as well as completing a Nike commercial and working on several scripts in England - the family are joyfully back together at home in London. All is well and wonderful in the Ritchie household."
Rumours suggesting the couple's union is in trouble have been rife for several months. They have not been pictured together since January 8, when on a trip to India.
Speculation intensified when Guy, 39, was noticeably absent from Madonna's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in New York.
According to reports, the couple - who have a seven-year-old son Rocco, an adopted son David, two, and an 11-year-old daughter Lourdes from Madonna's previous relationship - have been living like "brother and sister" rather than husband and wife and have even divided their London home into two separate living quarters.

No Sex Tape for Sex in the City Star
The circulating and lurid video stills of Sex and The City star Kristin Davis are fake. A rep for Davis told Access Hollywood that "This is not a photo of Kristin Davis,” and that “There is no sex tape.”
Davis has been busy filming the highly anticipated Sex in the City Movie where she plays good girl Charlotte York Goldenblatt. Those interested in seeing Kristen Davis in a real “sex” tape should check out the film which is scheduled to be released May 30th.
UPDATE: TMZ is reporting that the pictures of Kristin Davis are real and were taken by a former lover, Eric Stapelma in 1992. They also claim that there aren't quite twenty pictures and that there isn't actually a sex tape. Davis’ rep still vehemently maintains that the pictures are fakes.
Soleil Moon Frye Gives Birth
Soleil Moon Frye, the thirty-one-year-old former Punky Brewster star, has given birth to her second child Jagger Joseph Blue Goldberg. The baby weighs 8 lbs 6 oz, and was born Monday, March 18th in an LA hospital.
Frye and her husband Jason Goldberg, the thirty-six year old producer of MTV's Punk'd, have been married since 1998. They have a two-year-old daughter, Poet Sienna Rose Goldberg, who has reportedly already bonded with the new baby by talking to him while Frye was pregnant.
A rep has issues a statement claiming that "Soleil had a wonderful experience, and both she and the baby are doing great."
WANTED: Shia LeBeouf??
Apparently a warrant has been issued for Shia LaBeouf's arrest. Who would've thought Even Steven could ever get in trouble?
LaBeouf got a ticket February 18 in Burbank for a misdemeanor, which was unlawful smoking. He was scheduled to appear at 8:30 A.M. in court, but neither him or his lawyer decided to show- which means a bench warrant of $1,000 was issued for his arrest.
He was apparently smoking on the sidewalk outside of a gift shop when cops nabbed him.
Hopefully everything gets straightened out because we loved him in Transformers and Disturbia and want to see more!
What is up with Amy's face?!?!
What is going on with Amy Winehouse's face?
Does she really have impetigo? The people at TMZ.com talked to several Board Certified Derms and got the scoop. One of the doctors that they talked to said that she might have MRSA, which is a dangerous staph bacteria that's resistant to antibiotics
One of the other doctor's said that it's hard to tell from the picture because Amy has so much makeup on.
Another doctor said that he though the condition may be caused by drugs (who would've thought??)
Who knows what the disease actually is considering all of these experts have different takes. All I know is...if I was friends with Amy Winehouse, I would stay far, far, away for the time being!
Miley Cyrus Says Goodbye to Destiny and Hope
Miley Cyrus petitioned the Los Angeles Superior Court to officially change her name from Destiny Hope Cyrus to Miley Ray Cyrus.
As a baby, the fifteen-year-old Hannah Montana star was given the nickname “Smiley Miley” by her father, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, and has been called Miley ever since.
Miley’s parents filed the papers last Friday requesting “to make her commonly used name the same as her legal name.”
Miley and Billy Ray are hosting the CMT music award ceremony together on April 14th.

Anthony Minghella, the Oscar award winning director, died of a hemorrhage following a routine neck surgery Tuesday morning at Charing Cross Hospital in London. He was 54.
Minghella was the director for several acclaimed movies such as The English Patient, Cold Mountain, and The Talented Mr. Ripley.
