MTV'S reality show, 'The Hills,' had ratings that soared through the roof this past Monday night. The season premiere was viewed by 4.7 million viewers! That's huge!The show was the highest rated show on cable all year long thus far. It even beat out the primetime broadcast shows that were on TV that night as well. Pretty exciting for the California girls featured on the Hills.
