Pamela Anderson, who recently visited a Russian orphanage, has revealed she is ready to extend her family now she is dating San Diego Chargers American footballer David Binn.And Pammie - who has two sons, Dylan and Brandon, from her failed marriage to rocker Tommy Lee - hasn't ruled out adoption.
She told Britain's OK! magazine: "Would I be ready to adopt a child? I'm not saying it's impossible. I have my two boys and it would just be so amazing to make one more kid happy in this life.
"David loves kids, he is very strong and at the same time very tender and I just love it."
