Sienna Miller's art spree

Sienna Miller is desperate to buy a selection of artwork by Damien Hirst, Tracey Emin and Jonathan Yeo.

The 'Edge Of Love' actress is so keen to ensure she wins the special auction - which is set to take place at London's Lazarides Gallery in December and sees 16 pieces by a selection of top British artists being sold in a single lot - she has already entered a pre-sale bid.

The collection of work has been put together to accompany a new book of short fictional stories about the infamous Soho region of London, entitled 'Soho Society', by Bernie Katz - who has been dubbed the 'Prince of Soho' and manages the exclusive Groucho Club in the UK capital.

Sienna, 26, is understood to have recognised herself in one of the stories, prompting her interest in the auction.

Bernie's co-agent Caroline Wolfe said: "Bernie has written stories based on characters he has known through the years in Soho, including socialites, call girls and criminals."

Among the items in the collection are two topless sketches of women by Emin, the word 'Soho' written by Hirst and a sculpture of a male body part.

Part of the proceeds from the sale will be used to help London's homeless.

Awkward Moment On Letterman

Perhaps David Letterman just said what we all secretly have been thinking. On a recent episode of his show, 'The Hills' starlet Lauren Conrad had to face Letterman's heat.

Letterman, who in the past has clashed with 'Hills' villain Spencer Pratt, seemed genuinely interested in the infinite Lauren vs. Heidi Montag drama on the hit MTV show. When Conrad answered that it had been going on for years, Letterman put a screeching halt to the interview by saying: "Maybe you're the problem." Conrad, visibly annoyed by the comment, then attempted to backpedal. Check it out for yourself and cringe:

Nicole Scherzinger's Lewis help

Nicole Scherzinger's lover Lewis Hamilton wants to launch a music career with the help of his girlfriend.

The Formula One driving ace - who has been dating the Pussycat Dolls singer since they met at the MTV awards in Germany last year - dreams of one day storming the charts with his "good voice", and is confident Nicole can help him fulfil his ambition.

He said: "I do love music. It's something I'd love to be able to do some day. I don't believe that I have that talent, but I've had a whirl, like the millions of people who do.

"If I wasn't a driver, I'd try to do something that could take me somewhere."

Lewis hasn't ruled out the possibility of duetting with Nicole, or working with her group.

Nicole recently revealed the couple have already started working on material together.

She said: "He wrote a song for me and played it on the guitar.

"Mine is a very personal song. It's very in-depth and emotional - a real song that I know is going to connect with people."

Lewis, 23, has been practising his guitar playing and has been picking up compliments on his musical talents.

He added: "I play a bit of everything really, Bob Dylan, Lenny Kravitz, Jimi Hendrix. I sing more now than I used to. I have been told I have quite a good voice."
