He was Lauren Conrad's quick fling on MTV's The Hills then he was most recently linked to young actress Amanda Bynes. She reportedly broke up with him because he was exploiting her celeb status. Now it's looking like Paris Hilton is letting him tag along. This guy is really getting around.

The pair were out partying at Teddy’s in L.A. on Saturday night. Reinhardt, 23, is the brother of Casey Reinhardt, who was on Season 2 of the MTV reality TV show, Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County.

Amanda Bynes In Car Accident

Hairspray star Amanda Bynes got into her second car accident this year yesterday afternoon in L.A. Bynes was apparently making a left turn at the intersection of Oakwood and Crescent Heights around 2 pm yesterday when she smashed into another car. The driver of the other car sustained minor injuries, but no charges were filed.

At the beginning of this month, Bynes left her agency Creative Artists and is now on the hunt to find new representation. What's next for her? Amanda's next role will be in Living Proof on Lifetime in October.

Actress Amanda Bynes has teamed up with hip clothing chain Steve&Barry's to create an exclusive line of apparel and accessories.

The 21-year-old plans to launch her first foray into the fashion world in August.

She isn't the first actress to team up with Steve&Barry's - Sarah Jessica Parker has collaborated with the company's designers to create her new line Bitten, which will hit stores in America next month.
