Kim Kardashian Gets Restraining Order Against Stalker

Kim Kardashian has obtained a temporary restraining order against Dennis Shaun Bowman, her alleged stalker. Kim says the young man began stalking her via twitter last September. Her stalker moved from Georgia to Calabasas, California to be closer to Kim, and has recently begun attending the star's appearances.

Bowman not only acted bizarre and abnormal at Kim's appearances, he painted his face as the "Joker". He also threatened Kim's boyfriend, football player Reggie Bush, through twitter.

According to court papers obtained by E! News, Bowman is "a delusional fan who has been stalking and harassing Ms. Kardashian since at least October 2009. He has refused to cease contacting her despite demands from the LAPD and Ms. Kardashian's attorneys."

Under the restraining order, Bowman must stay 500 yards away from the star at all times, and have no contact with Kim.

Creepy Miley Cyrus Fan Arrested

A 53-year-old man got a little too close to the set of Miley Cyrus' new movie and started making bizarre comments to younger fans nearby. Apparently, the man said he once made eye contact with Miley and the two subsequently "fell in love." The man also claimed that "nobody will ever be able to keep us apart. We're like one." He wouldn't cooperate with police when they tried to move him out of the area, and told them that Miley herself had asked him to be there and that she had put secret messages directed at him on "Hannah Montana." He was arrested, but released on bond the next day.

Paula Abdul's Stalker Back on American Idol?

Comedian and musician, Paul Marturano, also known as Paula Abdul's Stalker was back at American Idol Auditions this year wearing a Ryan Loves Simon t-shirt and a fake Paula tattoo serving up laughs and music with contestants and ready to audition for a second time as seen in this youtube video:

"I am not allowed to say one way or another as to if I will be on American Idol this year. "However if I ever do appear on American Idol again, I will not be singing a song for Paula." said Marturano.
According to Marturano, he was horrified when he heard of the recent events involving the death of Paula Goodspeed outside of Paula Abdul's house.

"When I originally performed the song Stalker and when I returned to the season 8 auditions of American Idol at the Izod Center in August, I had no knowledge of Paula Abdul's real stalker, Paula Goodspeed," said Marturano, when asked for comment. "I am a comedian and a musician, not a real stalker and I would like to apologize if my song caused any discomfort to Paula Abdul. I feel very bad for both the family Paula Goodspeed and for Paula Abdul."

Marturano is an accomplished pianist from Philadelphia, who appeared on American Idol and caught the nation's attention by singing a comedic song about stalking Paula Abdul in January of 2008. His audition can be viewed at his website www.paulpiano.net along with several other hilarious videos.

Marturano parleyed his American Idol appearance into success. The Stalker ringtone and his other songs are available on most major mobile carriers and he has released new audio and video versions of Stalker called Stalker 08 on Itunes with the help of producers that have worked with several major artists such as Nelly Furtado.

Last month, Marturano signed a deal with Peace Point Entertainment Group in Toronto, ON Canada to develop and pitch his television show to networks.

Marturano has used what he jokingly calls his "celebrity status" for charity, adopting homeless animals out to loving homes on a Philadelphia Radio Station and has played and appeared at several events for animals for not only his organization, Loli's Place, Inc ( www.lolisplace.com ) but for other animal organizations as well.

When asked about American Idol, Marturano responded, “I’d like to do something for IdoI Gives Back like donating a portion of the revenue that comes in from people downloading Stalker from my website.” I am grateful to American Idol for everything that has happened and believe it or not, I am a Simon Cowell fan, especially a fan of what he does for the animals. I like most of his (Cowell) decisions on the show but if Simon put any of the top twelve finalists from American Idol on a stage with the instrument of their choice, no band, and put me on a stage with my piano, I am very confident that I will out perform all of them.”
