Sarah Michelle Gellar's Spanish lessons

Sarah Michelle Gellar is learning Spanish by watching dubbed repeats of 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer'.

The 31-year-old blonde actress - who played the deadly slayer in the hit US TV show from 1997 to 2003 - claims the unique language practice is working for her.

She is quoted as saying: "That's actually how I learn some of my Spanish, by watching the 'Buffy' reruns which are dubbed in Spanish.

"I can understand Spanish really well, but I have trouble communicating. I don't know how to structure the sentences. So I found that by watching stuff that I knew it's an easier way to work on the language."

Sarah Michelle jokingly added: "I sound pretty good on the show in Spanish, I have to say!"

Since leaving 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer', Sarah Michelle has starred in movies including 'The Grudge', 'Suburban Girl' and 'Southland Tales'.

Sarah Michelle Gellar is Back as Alice !

This quote was taken from the lips of actress Sarah Michelle Gellar as talks of her starring as Alice in Alice in Wonderland have been swirling around the media. We are excited!

“It’s a passion project of mine. It’s a story that I’d love to see. I’m fearful at this rate that I’m going to be the Queen of Hearts because I’m going to be too old to be Alice. It’s something I’d really like to see done. And unfortunately, it was the victim of regime change in the studio. (But) contrary to what you may have read, it’s still my project. So to all those Alice fans, I’m not giving up. Because I believe there is such a beautiful, crazy, cool, twisted story to be told there, and if I have to get down and write it myself one of these days, I may have to…”

Sarah Michelle Gellar Joins Batman?

On The Set of Suburban Girl

Former Buffy The Vampire Slayer star Sarah Michelle Gellar is set to join the Batman Begins franchise, according to Internet reports.

The actress is reportedly in negotiations to join Christian Bale and Maggie Gyllenhaal in Batman: The Dark Knight.

In a posting from an independent filmmaker on website Whedon.info, he writes, "I had been talking back and forth with one of Sarah Michelle Gellar's reps about a role in a new film I start shooting in May.

"They expressed a morsel of interest... Unfortunately, yesterday we were informed that she wouldn't be able to do it; because there might be a clash with Batman."
