Kerry Katona: I am a recovering alcoholic

Kerry Katona says she no longer has a drinking problem.

The reality TV star came clean about her past in an interview last month.

‘Four years ago I was diagnosed as an alcoholic after a stay in The Priory clinic,' she said.

'This is not common knowledge as I've never admitted it before.

'This is an ongoing battle I will face for the rest of my life.'

But now she says she’s completely recovered.

‘I’m not an alcoholic!’ she tells OK! ‘I turned to alcohol as a problem-solver four years ago and have a drink now and again.

'I had problems and I wanted to block them all out so I turned to drink and drugs for three months.’

Kerry, 28, sparked concern for her health when she slurred her words during an interview on This Morning in October.

She said her bipolar medication was to blame.

Kerry Katona is annoyed Angelina Jolie has admitted she and Brad Pitt fell for each other when he was married.

‘It’s really insensitive of Angelina Jolie to speak out about when her and Brad Pitt fell in love,’ Kerry rants.

‘Angelina recently said they fell in love on set of Mr & Mrs Smith, but Brad was still with Jennifer Aniston then.

‘She said: “Not a lot of people get to see a movie where their parents fell in love,” referring to the day her children can watch the flick.

‘Well, we might have all known that they fell for each other then, but it’s unfair on poor Jen.

'I don’t like Angelina anyway – I’m definitely on Jennifer’s side.’

Ang, 33, and Brad, 44, didn’t go public with their relationship until his divorce from Jen, 39, was finalised in 2005.

They now have 3-month-old twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon, daughter Shiloh, 2, and adopted kids Maddox, 7, Pax, 4, and Zahara, 3.

Kerry Katona has hit out at David Beckham for picking up his children from school in a Rolls Royce.

The reality TV star, who was recently declared bankrupt, thinks he’s showing off.

‘What the hell was David Beckham thinking when he was driving round LA recently?’ she writes in her OK! diary.

‘I couldn’t believe it when I spotted him in his Rolls Royce off to pick up his kids with his entourage.

'He was acting like sodding royalty with his police escort jeeps behind him! Has he ever heard of the school bus?’

David, 33, has a fleet of luxury cars including a Bentley Continental GT, a BMW X5, an Aston Martin DB7 and a Porsche 911 (993) Turbo.

And Kerry, 28, is also no stranger to extravagant wheels.

She spent £200,000 on his ‘n’ hers cars for herself and husband Mark Croft in May.

Kerry Katona has admitted that she had a good giggle at photos of Victoria Beckham appearing unsteady on her feet while out in LA.

The Spice Girl, 34, was snapped clutching husband David, 33, as they left Il Sole restaurant – leading onlookers to speculate that she'd had a drink or 2 too many.

But Kerry, 27, thinks it’s great that she let her hair down.

‘Those pictures of Victoria Beckham on the razz were hilarious!’ she tells OK!.

‘She looked slightly hammered but at least it proves she’s human!’
