The supermodel was seen at Los Angeles airport with her new husband Tom Brady - who she wed in a secret ceremony last month - and tiny pet dog as they prepared to jet to her hometown of Horizontina in southern Brazil.

The couple have flown to South America partly for a belated honeymoon, but also to celebrate the 83rd birthday of Gisele's grandmother.

Tom Brady Out For Season

Sadly, New England Patriot Quarterback Tom Brady is completely done for this NFL season. Well, I'm sad. I'm sure many football fans that don't root for The Pats are cheering over this injury. Ha!

Brady, the NFL's most valuable player last season, will undergo surgery on his left knee and has been placed on injured reserve, meaning he will miss the rest of the season. We know Tom in the pop culture world as dating supermodel Gisele Bundchen.

We feel badly for Tom about the injury," Patriots Coach Bill Belichick said at a news conference. "You hate to see anyone go down. Nobody has worked harder and done more for this team than Tom has. So it's a tough setback for him."

Brady suffered the injury -- widely reported to be a torn anterior cruciate ligament -- midway through the first quarter of Sunday's opener against visiting Kansas City. The injury occurred as he threw a pass and was hit low by Chiefs safety Bernard Pollard. You can see the picture to the left of the action going down. Man, looks like it could hurt!

In the new ad Gisele is doing light makeup. Her long hair is being pulled back on top of her head. She’s demonstrating her left shoulder, dressing only what appeared to be a pink furry coat. Her face looks seductive, with both her eyes looking at the camera and her lips opened.

"I thought it was really cool to be a part of something so old,” Bundchen says. “I can’t believe something can exist for that long. For a business to stay alive for that long, it must be really good.”

Well it looks as though the highest paid super-model will be making even more bank. Gisele Bundchen just signed on to be the face of Max Factor's, anniversary campaign. Next year will mark the companies 100Th year as Hollywood’s original makeup artist brand. The contract that Gisele was said to sign was for two years and worth 2.5 Million dollars. Gisele will be replacing Carmen Electra who worked with the company for 3 years.

It's a good thing since Gisele was unable to promote any other products while working for Victoria's Secret but now that she is a free woman, she can just let the contracts fly in.

Forbes.com has released the 2008 list of the World's Top-Earning Models. The fifteen models on the list were selected and ranked by estimated earnings over the last year, although when necessary, prestige and relevancy of campaigns, editorials, fashion magazine covers and the opinion of industry insiders were also taken into consideration.

Gisele Bündchen still has a monopoly on the number one spot, with an estimated $35 million in earnings.

The top 5 is as follows.

The Brazilian beauty topped Forbes magazine's list of the 10 richest supermodels, earning almost four times more than Kate Moss, who is in second place with an annual income of $9 million.

Gisele - who turns 27 on Friday (20.07.07) - stars in almost 20 campaigns a year and was the lead model for lingerie giants Victoria's Secret.

The model was paid $5 million a year to front their catwalk shows and appear in their catalogues and advertising campaigns. However, their association ended in May of this year, after the company reportedly refused to increase her annual salary.

Gisele also lends her name to a Brazilian shoe company.

Second-placed Kate Moss, 33, was initially dropped from several advertising campaigns after she was photographed in 2005 apparently snorting cocaine. However, her career soon recovered from the scandal and her earnings have now rocketed following deals with Virgin Mobile, Louis Vuitton and Calvin Klein.

She was also paid $6.1 million to design her own range of clothes for British high street chain Topshop.

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen stepped into the debate over birth control and sexual behavior in Brazil on Tuesday, saying Church opposition to condom use was ridiculous and women should have the right to choose on abortion.

Gisele is idolized by many young women in Brazil, the world's largest Roman Catholic country, where debate over sexual issues has intensified around a visit by Pope Benedict last month.

The Pope stressed the Church's firm opposition to abortion and contraception and railed against sex outside of marriage.

The Brazilian beauty, one of the world's top models, told Folha de S.Paulo newspaper in an interview that when the Church made its laws centuries ago, women were expected to be virgins.

"Today no one is a virgin when they get married ... show me someone who's a virgin!" she said.

Asked about abortion, she said a woman should have the right to choose what is best for her.

"If she thinks she doesn't have the money or the emotional condition to raise a child, why should she give birth?"

Gisele, who had just arrived from New York to take part in Rio de Janeiro's Fashion Week, also defended condom use.

"It's ridiculous to ban contraceptives -- you only have to think of the diseases that are transmitted without them. I think it should be compulsory to use a contraceptive."

The Brazilian government has clashed with the church over anti-AIDS programs in which it distributes millions of free condoms and Health Minister Jose Temporao has called for a national referendum on abortion.
