Emma Watson Joins Up With Marilyn Manson

Harry Potter star Emma Watson is set to work with goth rocker Marilyn Manson in his new musical version of Cinderella. Watson will have the lead role as a princess in the Gothic retelling of the classic fairy tale.

Even though her Harry Potter co-stars, Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint have appeared in other films and theater productions, this will be Watson's first role outside of the Harry Potter films.

Marilyn Manson will produce the still untitled film, but it is not yet known how much involvement he will have.

Watson the New face of Chanel

Emma Watson, who is best known for her role as Hermione in all Harry Potter films, is the new face of Chanel. Formally, scary skinny, Keira Knightley was Chanel's main girl but the brand has decided to take a different approach.

Chanel has been dressing Watson for all premieres to see if she is the right fit for the classic brand. Apparently they like what Watson represents in their clothes.. maybe even love, since the 18 year old actress is set to make 6 million dollars in the new deal.

The 16-year-old - who plays Hermione Granger in the hit films - has started complaining about her work and arguing with the film bosses.

Emma Watson is said to have confronted the director of 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix', David Yates, and asked him whether she was contractually obliged to do so many takes.

Yates - who prefers to do around 30 takes to get everything just right - politely told her "yes".

The young actress threatened to quit the Harry Potter series but was allegedly lured back with a £2 million contract to keep playing Hermione for the full seven films.

Emma said: "I've kind of come from nowhere and gone straight in at the top. Where do I go from here? I feel like I need to backtrack and work my way through again.

"I'd be really interested to kind of train properly because I feel I shouldn't be here. I should have done so much more."

But she denies money was the reason she considered quitting.

She said: "It was more about juggling my A-level exams, going to university and doing the movies."

Emma Watson Would Do Another Harry Potter For Free

Actress Emma Watson will star in the next Harry Potter movie, despite rumors she was leaving the franchise.

The actress, who has played Harry's sidekick Hermione in the last five films, has played down suggestions she wanted to leave the much loved series - insisting she would do them for free.

Earlier this year, her co-star Rupert Grint fueled reports she was quitting, by saying, "Emma doesn't want to do it any more. She's tired of being known as 'that girl from Harry Potter'."

However, she hit back saying, "I definitely intend to do (another Harry Potter movie)."

"I would do Harry Potter for nothing. It's not really anything to do with the money."
